How we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically through your use of our services.
Information You Provide
When you book a call, fill out a form, or use our services, we collect: your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide in communications with us.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the time and duration of your visits. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics (cookies) to collect usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy.
Readiness Quiz and Diagnostic
If you complete our Cold Email Readiness Quiz, we collect your name, email, company, and your answers. These are sent to our automation provider (Make.com) to generate your report and email it to you, and are used to follow up about our services. The diagnostic pop-up opens an email draft to us and sends nothing until you send it.
